4. The fabulous K Club


Taste of Kildare 2018 will be held in the amazing surroundings of the Walled Garden at the K Club, Straffan between 12.30pm and 5.30pm on Sunday August 19. Tickets are just €11!

5. Rachel Allen


World renowned TV chef and author Rachel Allen will be one of the star attractions at Taste of Kildare 2018.

6. Martin Shanahan


TV chef and seafood expert Martin Shanahan will be on hand with expert cooking tips for visitors to Taste of Kildare. Shanahan will be joined by other leading Irish chefs, including Thomas Haughton and Ross Lewis, in a series of cookery demonstrations celebrating the best the county’s great restaurants and food producers and suppliers have to offer.

7. The All Ireland final


Grab a craft beer and enjoy all the action from the All Ireland hurling final on our big screen.

8. The Legacy Suite gala lunch


Local restaurants and suppliers are coming together to host a gala lunch in the K Club’s Legacy Suite on the 19th for 300 pre-sold guests, with tickets at €85 each. Get a ticket here.

9. Craft beer


This year’s event will feature craft brewers such as St Brigid’s Ale, Kelly’s Mountain Brew and Trouble Brewing.

10. Wine tasting


David Malone from The Wine Buff Newbridge will help you choose the perfect wine to accompany any dish and we’ll also have chilled prossecco on tap from the Fizz Bizz.
