Afternoon Tea in the Drawing Room :
Price: €45pp or €62.50pp with a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne | min. 2 people
Afternoon Tea is served in the beautifully elegant Drawing Room and has become one of the most sought-after traditions among guests at the 5 Star resort.
It’s not hard to see why as it boasts a three-tiered silver stand of freshly baked scones with jam and cream, delectable pastries and elegant finger sandwiches served with tea and coffee.
To let you fully enjoy the experience and the food, Afternoon Tea is served in two sittings, with the first at 2pm and the second at 4pm.
Picnic Afternoon Tea
Price: €100 per person ( with a minimum of two people required)
Exclusively for hotel guests (and maybe an excuse to book in tee hee hee) The K Club’s Picnic Afternoon Tea will give you the opportunity to get out and explore Kildare’s beautiful surroundings before picking a spot to enjoy a Picnic Afternoon Tea.
The resort’s Picnic Concierge will lay out your picnic in your chosen setting on the estate, with your picnic basket including a delectable selection of chef’s homemade sandwiches, sweet pastries and fresh raisin scones with cream. If you’re not sold yet, there’s also a half bottle of champagne included and your choice of tea and coffee.

Lovingly boxed in a traditional Afternoon Tea caddy, The K Club’s Afternoon Tea includes a selection of all of their favourite sweet treats and sandwiches so you can enjoy the full experience from the comfort of home.

By their own admission, Afternoon Tea in The Terrace Restaurant or the Conservatory is one of their favourite traditions, so you can rest assured you’re going to be well looked after.
Served daily from 12.30 -2.30pm, use it as the perfect occasion to catch up with friends or loved ones, all the while taking in the hotel’s gorgeous garden views.
30 minutes from Dublin city centre, and 2 minutes from Naas town just off the N7, Killashee is an ideal and accessible for everyone to celebrate tea time together.
In line with government legislation in relation to indoor dining, you will be asked to present your Covid Certificate or HSE Vaccination card upon arrival before being seated indoors.

The Glenroyal’s afternoon tea has proved a family favourite for years – and this year they also started to provide a takeaway service from their Shoda Market Café ( which is also a shout for brunch/ lunch/ coffee if you’re in Kildare)
If you have a special occasion coming up or want to treat loved ones, the Glenroyal Signature Afternoon Tea is a great choice. Featuring all the trimmings, such as a four-tiered caddy and a dessert selection curated by their pastry chef Pablo Fernando – it’s a safe bet to go down a storm no matter what.

The Keadeen Hotel offers a decadent, classical Afternoon Tea experience served in their light-filled Atrium Lounge at €26 per person and is available Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 3.30 and 5pm.
**The hotel requires booking 24 hours in advance in addition to a deposit.
