Introducing The New Punchestown Winter Festival
Punchestown Winter Festival is the massive Grade 1 double header. Saturday 25th November will play host to the GR1 Unibet Morgiana Hurdle. Sunday 26th, we are delighted to announce, is the new home for the prestigious GR1 John Durkan Memorial Chase.
An early kick off on both days with first race at 11.40am and an eight race card offer a wonderful afternoon of entertainment. With admission tickets starting from €15pp and Race & Dine packages prices starting from €55pp, why not make sure you’re at the 2023 Winter Festival to experience the #Magic.
People make Punchestown and we love nothing more than hearing the music, chat and cheer coming from the bars, restaurants and enclosures. In addition to great racing you can enjoy: Live Music: Nothing like it! Straight after racing there will be live music on the first floor of the grandstand. Family Friendly: We are a family friendly venue and host THE PLAYROOM which is a free entertainment room for children with face painting, arts and crafts corner, games, activities zone. Shopping: We are delighted to welcome back some regular festival exhibitors along with some new businesses who will offer local Irish made craft, jewellery and gift options. Food & Beverage: The Lily & Wild team will make sure everyone enjoys tasty food options with some new festive specials featuring along with the race day favourites. Excellent barista coffee and homemade sweet slices will be available from both The Hay Cafe and The Feedroom.
