From the moment you arrive at the airy reception bar at the two Michelin starred ‘Aimsir’, you know have reached somewhere special. Its wood-burning stove and picture windows overlooking well-tended gardens in which much of the restaurant’s ingredients are grown, are all set in the surrounds of the stately Cliff at Lyons Estate.
