Shop Local at Kildare Christmas Markets this Festive Season

As we get closer to the big day, it’s time to really get into the festive spirit and what better way than by visiting one of the many Christmas markets on offer around the County. Packed full of gift ideas from local producers, you’ll be sure to find something for everyone beneath the colourful awnings.

Experience a little bit of festive magic with mulled wine, Irish coffees, mince pies,  festive music, crafts, artisan foods & hampers, flowers/holly and mistletoe, hand crafted toys, felt and silk scarves, paintings, ceramics & pottery, wood turning, fur hats and scarves, leather and tweed, handcrafted jewellery and lots more at The Avenue at Whitewater Shopping Centre this year.

Athy Christmas Market

The Athy Christmas Market is a memorable festive experience for all the family. Shopping at the market with a fantastic selection of gifts from local producers, a funfair and even Santa will be there himself! There will be no shortage of Christmas spirit and cheer in Athy!

The Market takes places on the banks of the canal, next to the Auld Shebeen Bar on Friday 17th December from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 18th December from 12pm to 9pm and Sunday 19th December from 12pm to 6pm.
