Forms, Polls, and Quizzes (Forminator)
This website uses Forminator to manage forms, polls, and quizzes. By default, Forminator captures the IP address for each form submission for spam protection. For polls, we capture the IP address for spam protection and to set voter limitations. Poll IP address data is retained for 30 days and then anonymised.
For quizzes, no personally identifiable information is captured by default.
