Meet the Founder: Aisling O’Toole

Aisling’s love for baking began in her childhood, spending countless hours in the kitchen with her late mother, Gobnait. Those early experiences sparked a passion that led her to win the National Brown Bread Baking Championship in 2021. As a result, her signature brown bread was stocked in Aldi stores nationwide from December 2021 to December 2022, a proud milestone in her business journey.

At the heart of Aisling’s business is her family. With their support, she has expanded her product line, which is now available in Dunnes Stores across Ireland. As an occupational therapist, Aisling knows the importance of engaging in meaningful activities, and baking has provided just that—not only for her but also for her daughter, who has autism. For Aisling, baking is more than a business; it’s a source of connection and creativity.

Introducing Aisling’s Protein Loaf

In addition to her beloved brown bread, Aisling has launched a Protein Loaf, now available on store shelves. High in fibre and protein, without any added sugar, this loaf has become a favourite among those looking to boost their protein intake while avoiding excess sugars. Whether you’re pursuing a healthier lifestyle or simply seeking delicious, wholesome bread, Aisling’s Protein Loaf is the perfect choice.

A Commitment to Local Irish Produce

Aisling’s bread is baked in Stapleton’s Bakery, located in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. Aisling and the bakery are dedicated to using only the finest Irish ingredients, ensuring each loaf is a genuine taste of home.
