Coolcarrigan House and Gardens

Coill Dubh Naas

A 15 acre garden full of rare and unusual flowers and shrubs, Coolcarrigan House and Gardens is a beautiful spot for a family day out, a romantic stroll or a simple wander. An arboretum has been added in recent years, and guided tours are available year round. Coolcarrigan House has proven a popular location for wedding photographs too.


Palmerstown House


Palmerstown House is home to a beautiful building and gorgeous gardens, with a perfectly picturesque golf course, and a restaurant serving delicious food, including the ever popular Afternoon Tea. If you’re looking for something a little bit different to try out, Palmerstown House also hosts an Off Road Driving Centre.




Renowned country-wide and internationally as one of Ireland’s great racecourses, look no further than Punchestown for great day out of horse racing or hunt racing. This year’s Punchestown festival runs from April 24th-28th and is sure to be a great week of sport, fun, food and entertainment.


The Moat Theatre

Abbey Street

An intimate theatre in the heart of the town, The Moat Theatre hosts quality music, comedy and theatre acts from all around the country and beyond. The size of the 200 seat theatre lends to a great atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful. A small bar and café are also on site, serving great homemade food.

The fun factory in Naas is the ideal spot for any kids’ day out. From tea cups to ball pits, they have it all. With a well stocked café to keep the adults entertained, it’s a great excursion for all. Also a lovely place for a kids’ party, with staff going the extra mile to make sure that all kids are catered for.

Every Saturday from 10am-3pm the courtyard beside The Storehouse Restaurant transforms into a farmer’s market full of tasty organic meat, fruit and vegetables and baked goods.


Naas Race Course

Perhaps not as well known as its neighbouring race course Punchestown, but certainly just as much craic, a trip to Naas Race Course does not disappoint. With incredibly attentive staff and a great range of food and drink available, it’s an outing you’re sure not to forget in a hurry.


Lullymore Heritage and Discovery Park

Located about 15 minutes outside of Naas, near Rathangan, Lullymore Heritage and Discovery Park is a brilliant outing for all the family. On Lullymore bog with peat bog heritage displays and a bog train, and excellent seasonal events at Christmas, Easter and Halloween, Lullymore has it all.
