Tucked away in the heart of Kildare Town, Nesting is a family-run workshop and store specialising in restoring solid wood furniture, custom pieces, and carefully sourced pre-loved finds.

We work with quality, pre-loved furniture—pieces with good bones that just need the right care and attention to bring them back to life. From worn, painted-over cabinets to tired old drawers, we strip them back, repair where needed, and refinish them to feel like new again.

Our focus is on natural, warm finishes that highlight the character of the wood, creating pieces that feel timeless, practical, and made to last.

Alongside our ready-to-buy collection, we take on custom orders and sourcing—helping you find or create the right piece for your space. Whether it’s transforming something you already have or sourcing a piece to restore, we work with you to get it just right.

If you’re looking for furniture with character, quality, and a second life, we’d love to help.
